How to Find Your Tracking Number

1. Sign In
Sign in to the DK HAIR account used to place your order.

2. Open Your Order
Go to your order history and select the order you would like to check.

3. Track the Parcel
Copy the tracking number shown in the order details and enter it on the carrier's tracking website.

Track With Your Carrier

DK HAIR mainly ships with DHL, FedEx and UPS. Use the tracking number from your account on the carrier's official website.

Order Status Guide

Status	What It Means
Payment Confirmed	Your payment has been received and your order is being prepared.
Dispatched	Your parcel has been handed to the carrier. The tracking number is shown in your order details.
In Transit	Your parcel is moving through the carrier's network. Please check the carrier's tracking page for the latest scan updates.
Delivered	The carrier has marked the parcel as delivered. Please check the delivery location and contact us promptly if you need help.
