Please read these terms before using our website or placing an order with DK HAIR.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of www.dkvirginhair.com and purchases from DK HAIR (“DK HAIR,” “we,” “us” or “our”). By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.

1. Eligibility and Account Use

You are responsible for providing accurate, current and complete information when creating an account or placing an order. Please keep your account credentials secure and contact us promptly if you believe there has been unauthorised use of your account. You may use this website only for lawful, personal or legitimate business purchasing purposes.

2. Products, Images and Availability

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colours, textures, lengths and prices accurately. Human hair is a natural product, and reasonable variations in colour tone, texture, curl pattern, bundle weight and appearance may occur. Screen settings can also affect how colours appear. Product images are for illustration and reference; they do not guarantee an identical appearance in every bundle.

Product availability is not guaranteed. We may limit quantities, correct errors, update product information, change prices or discontinue products at any time. If a material error affects your order, we will contact you using the information provided with the order.

3. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase, not an automatic acceptance of that order. We may need to verify order, payment, delivery or fraud-prevention information before processing. We reserve the right to decline, cancel or limit an order where permitted, including in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, unavailable stock or inaccurate customer information. If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, we will arrange a refund in accordance with the applicable circumstances.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices and charges shown at checkout are subject to confirmation. Available payment methods currently include PayPal, Western Union, T/T and bank transfer. Any promotion will be subject to the specific terms displayed for that promotion at the time of purchase.

You are responsible for providing valid payment details and for any applicable bank charges, currency-conversion charges, taxes, customs duties or import fees, unless we expressly state otherwise. We may update available payment methods or promotion terms from time to time.

5. Order Processing, Shipping and Delivery

Orders are generally dispatched within 24 hours after payment is received and confirmed. Estimated delivery is generally 2–5 business days after dispatch. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Processing and delivery may take longer because of product availability, payment verification, carrier operations, customs clearance, public holidays, severe weather or events outside our reasonable control.

Please provide a complete and correct delivery address and contact number. You are responsible for customs duties, import taxes and clearance requirements imposed by the destination country, except where we expressly agree otherwise.

6. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Our Return & Exchange Policy forms part of these Terms. Please review it before ordering. In summary: quality issues or incorrectly sent items are eligible for exchange within 7 days and for return within 14 days after delivery, subject to review and supporting photos. For non-quality reasons, including a change of mind or a change of style or colour, eligible unused, unwashed, unworn, uninstalled and unaltered products in original packaging may be returned or exchanged within 14 days after delivery.

For non-quality returns or exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping, any outbound shipping, applicable duties and any price difference. For confirmed quality issues or incorrectly sent items, DK HAIR covers return shipping and provides a full refund after receiving and inspecting the returned product. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after receipt and inspection.

7. Product Care and Professional Services

Hair products should be handled and maintained appropriately. Results from colouring, bleaching, chemical processing, cutting, installation or other professional services can vary and are outside our control. Please follow product-care guidance and perform a strand test before colouring, bleaching or otherwise processing hair. Altered, washed, worn, installed or used products are not eligible for non-quality returns or exchanges.

8. Intellectual Property

The website, including its text, logos, product photos, graphics, design and other content, is owned by or licensed to DK HAIR and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, publish, modify, distribute or commercially use our content without our prior written permission.

9. Prohibited Use

You must not misuse the website, interfere with its security or operation, use automated tools to access it without permission, submit false or fraudulent orders, infringe another party’s rights, or use the website for any unlawful purpose.

10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Subject to that, DK HAIR is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the use of the website or products. Your statutory consumer rights, where applicable, are not affected.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
